What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm, and check-out is until 11am. For your convenience, we offer the option of self check-in after our front desks' closing hours. All of our facilities are equipped with electronic locks. Before your arrival, you will receive all necessary instructions via email.
Is there parking available? What is the cost?
Monturi Hostel does not offer private parking on site. However, just a few meters from the hostel, there is a 24-hour car park. Please check prices with car park staff.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, daily, from 7am to 10am, we offer a continental breakfast to all our guests (if you selected this option when booking. Otherwise, you can request this extra from the front desk). If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so that we can adapt our offer and ensure a satisfactory experience throughout your stay.
Are minors under 18 allowed to stay at the hostel?
Clients under 18 can only be accommodated when accompanied by an adult (over 18 on the date of arrival). Without these conditions, the reservation will be canceled upon arrival and no refund will be made.
Are children allowed in the hostel?
Only children over the age of 4 are allowed, accompanied by their guardians. We don't have cribs or extra beds.
Can I bring my pet?
Monturi Hostel does not accept pets.
Will I need to share the bathroom with other guests?
In shared bunk rooms, the bathroom is only shared with guests from the same room. In private rooms the bathroom is private. There is only one common bathroom in the hostel that can be used by everyone.
